Hey there! I'd like a word from all my homies please

So I haven't used the website in a loooooooooong time, mainly due to the fact that:

1) DA, while also containing some cool people, contains the biggest fucking load of nutjobs I have ever witnessed.

2) See reason 1

So what have I been doing? I have gone to Spain, London, come back around and done all that only to find myself in a strange new world of GAP YEAR. That's right, school is out forever, or at least until I can get my stuff together to apply to a place which actually seems worth it.

I been doing a lot of art, some of which I can't quite show just yet because it's super secret client work (though you will get to see the cool applications for this this December I hope). There's been stuff for everyone. I also wrote a play for myself so that I could do some fun costume/set design this year (alas, fell through as far as cast is concerned).

I've also been tweaking and updating my website regularly! It's shaped up quite a bit and is another secret reason I have been away from DA.

I don't want to jinx myself too early, but so far the design/illustration career is actually not being too hard on me just yet thanks to a bunch of lucky breaks. So I thank my stars and hope it'll keep coming!

Next up is more more more more artwork, keep it rolling in. Can't stop now. Also up to writing another play which is going to involve hella lot of media. So I'm keeping myself busy when I'm not being a completely lazy bastard.

Hey there, just wanted to let you know that I'm now taking orders for prints of the Thankyou Tree (see left). All prints are A1, and on good paper. Not card or anything glossy, just a man's kind of paper. So you'll get these rolled up most likely. The price is 35 Euros per print, including whatever it costs me to post it to you.

It's got everything I want to put in it, and I hope it gives you a good idea of who I am and what I like to do. it's been a while since I updated, I was never really good at internet participation or any of that.

I uploaded two scraps today - it's getting pretty hard to do art as much as I'd like to with so much else going on. Though I still do as much as I can, with school getting me to do stuff (my specialisation for the end of the course is wallpaper... not sure how I got into this but I'll be slappin up shit on your walls soon enough). I've been making hopscotch installations and making huge stickers. I've also got a job going through for this guy's website, which has landed me with a cool 300 euros so far, with the rest of it still to come once I've finished the job! So that helps out my mood as far as art goes

Though I still really want to do more, cause more than ever I see my art is very flat, 2d, even lying down dead! That's no good, so I'm going to get myself into making drawings soon with a lot more depth, and just get some more training in general. Next year I'll have loads of time to myself so I'm going to go full steam ahead once done with school and beat myself stupid with art practice. The thought of it alone makes me giddy like a school girl oh my
