So this summer I went ahead and wrote a play. I've never done anything like that and I certainly don't have any real background in this kind of thing, I just wanted to do it. I ended up with something a bit unsure of itself, convoluted at times, but it's there.

But at the moment I'm reading a bunch of stuff to do with writing, so maybe I can get a better understanding of it. Best I can hope for!

Have a go if you please

Subliminal scrabble. *lol* Crazy love people. I was abit lost around the middle but the morphine scene makes me laugh.

The script is twisty in a funny good way. Abit more refining and I totally see it working. :P

You inspire me to try writing my own scripts...

...
Which is something I need to do for my TV/Video Production class anyway.

It's easy to get confused, yeah. A big problem with it is that being me, I put a lot of visual thought into it - and so the writing itself leans wayyy too heavily on invisible stages and visual tricks.

But hey, gotta just keep trying.

Nothing better to hear that somebody is inspired by something as humble as this, haha. The trick is tearing yourself away from the computer and overthinking it, just buy a paper pad and get on with it.
